The traditional late-harvest wine of the region, the juice is fermented in barrique and aged for an additional two years in small barrel followed by two years of bottle aging prior to release. The nose is a complex mix of nutty salted caramel, bitter orange, brandied dates. Sweet, but not cloying, with amazing layers of flavors that encompass the palate.
