As with her estate fruit the grapes for Occhipinti's Tami label are farmed biodynamically, but at a neighbor's property. Aged for 6 months in stainless tanks her Grillo (that's the variety) smells like a walk through a summer field of wildflowers and grasses. Bright citrus and summer fruit notes with a tang at the finish.
