Sesti’s Brunello sees thirty-nine months of élevage in 30-hectoliter oak botti and another year in bottle prior to release. Whiffs of dark red cherry, currant, violet, thyme, and black earth are followed by juicy, rather explosive flavors of cherry and a hint of ginger, with bright acidity and a notably lovely finishing touch. All add up to a very suave Brunello.
