Umberto Fracassi Barolo Montoetto

70.00

Fracassi’s rare Barolo Montoetto (just 600 cases are made) is from 33- to 65-year-old vines, and aged in large botti. A Barolo of finesse, not power, aromas of cherry, rose, mint, and mushroom unfold to a red fruit profile framed by a mildly firm structure with suave tannins and, as Burghound’s Allen Meadows would say, a sneaky long finish.
