Graziano Prà’s Valpolicella Morandina is made from the traditional local varieties corvina, corvinone, rondinella, and oseleta. Grown at 450 meters above sea level, the grapes are air-dried for about three weeks, then fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in large oak casks. The result is fresher than many modern Valpolicellas, offering cherry, dark fruit, and spice notes. Tasty, mineral, savory.
